An accumulation of decipherable thoughts and a substantial extent of it's meaning; all of this could be represented in the form of an action, instead of mere spoken words that do nothing but(maybe) enhance a reader's vivid sense of imagination(if she or he, has one).
What are words, in comparison to an individual's action?
What are actions, in comparison to an individual's word?
We wonder and ponder and conclude that only through coordinated acts are were able to show others as well as ourselves, the actual justifications of our emotion towards them. Without it acting as a basic foundation, a solidification as to how one can acknowledge their appreciation towards another, how is anyone capable to comprehend the full extent of another human being's adoration and intensity thoroughly?
But often do we neglect the obscure, hidden messages that linger within the exchange of everyday conversations, that are filled to the brim with much clarity. Why do we constantly take these things for granted? Why do we toss these things aside, seeking for other means to make our conclusions, whole?
When I spoke with you, I knew that the act of you calling, was more than I could comprehend. However, were you and I on the same page as I presumed us to be? That, I was uncertain and truth be told, it was very much daunting and frightening to be placed in a state of vulnerability, where neither you nor the other is sure of whatever fate awaits them. Yet, I knew time was of the essence and that things that are fragile as this, aren't meant to be pushed under any circumstance, no matter how serious it may be.
And it was during our recent phone call, did you manage to utter your terms of endearment towards me in a form of a simple sentence, encompassing 3 words. Maybe distance is the main reason as to why I feel words are of importance in comparison to actions; Because not only do we take time to say these form of expressions to one another but it also means that we value the actual meaning found with the revelation of those words and that they are not something to trifled playfully around with.
I suppose, I just wanted to end this post with a simple, 4-word sentence of my own:
"I miss you too."
