Summer Skin

I could taste the sun as it beats heavily down on me so as to ensure that my skin is kissed so tantalizingly by it's emitting rays. Summer has finally graced us with it's presence and I'm constantly reminded of this by my parched tongue which shamelessly begs for a drink or two, thinking that maybe this liquified elixir could finally be the cure to the pounding headache I've been experiencing for the past couple of hours. But unfortunately, it was not.
